kxt橡胶接头是橡胶接头的一种，也叫做橡胶软接头，橡胶减震接头，它是由胶体和两片法兰经过特殊工序、采用气吹模工艺、再经过高温硫化制作而成的。
它的使用压力由原来1.0Mpa～1.6Mpa增加到2.5Mpa～6.0Mpa,特别是在泵阀出口连接的管道和有地基沉降的管道中，防止拉脱是它特有功能，延长了橡胶接头的使用寿命。
KXT橡胶接头安装时执行标准
1、KXT橡胶接头安装时拉伸强度和扯断伸长率的测定，按GB/T528的规定进行。
2、KXT橡胶接头材质硬度测定，按GB/T531的规定进行，环境温度下脆性试验按GB/T1682的规定进行。
3、加工制造硫化过程中橡胶材质与织物帘子布的粘和强度的测定按GB/T532的规定进行。橡胶接头日常维护防老化标准和维修更换可根据GB/T3512的规定细节进行。
4、KXT型橡胶接头，材质耐酸、耐碱试验按GB/T1690的规定进行。（也可根据EPDM三元乙丙橡胶标准执行质量检测）
5、液压试验参照GB/T5563中的6.3的规定进行。真空度试验参照GB/T5567中的2-5章得有关规定进行。
6、过流生活用水；水质检验按GB/T5749和GB/T17219的规定进行。
