URANUS 45N简称“UR45N”
URANUS 45N(UR 45N)是一种氮合金(= 0.15%)奥氏体-铁素体不锈钢(22.05型),具有提高的结构稳定性以及较高的耐一般腐蚀,局部腐蚀和应力腐蚀性能。UR 45N含22%的铬和3%的钼,在几乎所有腐蚀性介质中的性能都比316L级更好。屈服强度约为奥氏体不锈钢的两倍。与316 L级相比,这可以使设计人员减轻重量,并使合金更具成本竞争力。典型的工作温度为-50°C / + 280°C(-58°F / + 536°F)。可以考虑将较低温度的使用要求额外的预防措施,特别是对于焊接结构。UR 45N是一种多用途材料,可用于各种腐蚀性介质。典型的应用是纸浆和造纸行业,石油和天然气行业,
