不锈钢用埋弧焊丝。焊剂JWF601A则不同于普通的SJ601焊剂,其合金元素烧损少,提高了焊缝铁素体含量,增强了焊缝金属的抗裂性,具有良好的焊接工艺性能。
用途:用于焊接尿素及合成纤维设备。

注意事项及操作要点:
1. 焊剂使用前须300~400℃烘焙2小时,焊丝使用前应是干燥、无油、无锈状态。
2. 焊接处须彻底油污、铁锈、水份等表面杂质。
