堆高车驱动轮速度明显降低或驱动电机严重过载：原因：电池电压太低或桩头接触电阻太大；电机换向器片间积碳引起片间短路；电机制动器调整不当而使电机带制动运行；驱动头齿轮箱及轴承缺少润滑或底座卡阻；电机电枢短路。解决方法：检查堆高车负载时电池端电压或清洗桩头；清理换向器；调整制动器间隙；检查清洗并重新加注润滑油，清除卡阻现象；更换新电机。Forklift truck driving wheel speed decrease or drive motor overload causes: the battery voltage is too low or the pile head contact resistance is too large; the motor commutation carbon caused by short-circuit between plates; improper adjustment of the motor brake motor with brake operation; driving head gear box and the bearing base resistance or lack of lubrication card; motor armature short-circuit. 堆高车起重无力或不能起重原因：齿轮泵与泵提磨损过度；换向阀内的溢流阀高压不当；油压管路漏油；液压油油温过度；门架滑架存在卡阻现象；油泵电机转速过低。解决方法：更换磨损或齿轮泵；重新调整；检查并修复；更换不合格的液压油并检查油温度升高的原因；检查并调整；检查电机并排除故障。
