进口清关环节需要提交的资料：

1. 设备备案清单。

2. 企业要确定设备的中文品名和HS编码。

3. 请提供装箱单、贸易合同、商业发票、原产地证、设备说明书、提单。

4. 报关委托书，报检委托书。

5. 设备的使用原理和用途，设备的整体图片和铭牌照片。

6. 进口商公司的营业执照复印件。

4.进口口岸检疫局办的进口旧机电产品备案申请书 
5. 如进口的机器是印刷机就需要到国家新闻总暑办理印刷经营许可证 
6.如产品税号涉及到国家强制认证的需提供3C证书 
7.如进口国为美日韩欧盟等国家的还需提供IPPC(木质包装熏蒸证明)
