四、模具锁盘（三点锁定）：锁定后不跑线，同时兼有微调功能，操作非常简单。
五、微量润滑系统：油量根据转速自动调节。（降低石蜡油耗，节约成本）
六、内置冷风系统，配备冷水机。
七、胶皮滚采用单独变频调速：生产时如果胶液质量不好可通过胶皮滚调速来解决。
八、出丸区冷风定型设计；避免拉网轴缠网胶，使胶囊成型更美观 。
九、模具下丸部分采用特殊的斜斗，清洗非常方便。
十、供料泵与机头采用外侧传动，供料泵内的润滑油不会进入机头。（供料泵独立密封）
