操作环链电动葫芦时的使用规则：
1、使用前必须对链条、吊钩、吊销等部件进行检查，确认机件完好无损后，方可使用。
2、使用时，必须确认被提升货物不超过产品额定起重量，也不能用两台产品同时提升一种物品。
3、提升物品时，起重链条应自然垂直悬挂，不得斜吊，双行起重链条产品，下吊钩严禁在两行链中翻转，重物提升高度不得超过额定起重高度。
4、提升物品时，严禁工作人员在重物下面做任何工作或行走。
