    HMX1100℃箱式气氛炉的详细资料：

    一、产品描述
    HMX系列箱式气氛炉广泛应用于实验室、工矿企业、科研单位的前期实验，还原气氛、惰性气氛、氢氮混合气氛等多种类型，额定温度分别为1100℃、1300℃、1500℃、1600℃、1700℃，根据不同的气氛，不同的温度，使用不同的加热元件，型号齐全，安全可靠，同时也可满足于不同工艺实验而特殊制造。

    真空系统采用特种设计技术，具有操作安全、方便、真空度好，极限真空度可达20kPa，密封性好，真空保持时间长。该气氛炉可充入高压气体，气氛压力极限值0.1MPa，采用独特的密封技术，可长时间保压，安全性能好，操作方便。

    HMX1100型箱式气氛炉以电阻丝为加热元件，电压，电流均为液晶数显，控温系统采用，采用双层壳体结构，移相触发、可控硅控制，炉膛采用氧化铝多晶体纤维材料，双层炉壳间配有风冷系统，能快速对温控系统降温，采用外壳整体密封、盖板密封采用硅胶泥、炉门采用硅胶垫并通有水冷系统，气体经过流量计后由后膛进出，有多处洗炉膛进气口、出气口处有燃烧嘴，可以通氢气、氩气、氮气、氧气、一氧化碳、氨分解气等气体，该炉具有温场均衡、表面温度低、升降温度速率快、节能等优点，是高校、科研院所、工矿企业做气氛保护烧结、气氛还原用的理想产品。
