调直机介绍

 

1、钢管调直机也叫全自动脚手钢管保养设备,是专门钢管产品与制作的机器的统称,如脚手架,圆管调直,管材设备等等。钢管调直机是建筑钢管脚手架的保养机械，主要用于矫直修复在建筑施工中弯曲变形的脚手架钢管、及其他 管材。调直后的钢管表面无压痕﹑缩径现象，优于建设部制定的标准。设备同时具有清理钢管表面的灰垢和锈垢，并进行刷漆功能。有效解决钢管经过长时间日晒雨淋，生锈腐蚀，管壁变薄，在施工、拆卸、搬运中容易弯曲，不能使用，造成脚手架钢管搭设全隐患等问题。

调直步骤:折叠

1、钢管上有大块附着物时请先清除

2、启动机器

3、弯曲的钢管弯头向上或向下放入机器调直

4、拉动手柄使偏心角度定位保持不变，旋转手轮使调直压块下压到调直位置

1，本机适用于铁线、不绣钢线、镀锌线、铝线、水（粉）抽线等金属线材的调直切断。

3, 送线轮、切刀等采用优质合金钢，并通过真空热处理，耐磨性强，使用寿命延长。调直块可采用铸铁、合金、塑料王等，所有轴类部件全部采用40CR或45#钢，并经调直处理，齿轮则全部采用锻坯，经高直及齿面高频淬火，硬度高达HRC55-58度。
